Returns & Exchanges:

Batches By Bree will not accept any requests to exchange or return a purchase due to the recipient not liking the scent or crystals in the candle they received. Every item has been personalised for each individual and can not be sent back or exchanged due to this. Please read descriptions on each candle and scent before purchasing to ensure that you will like what you receive.

 

Refunds:

Batches By Bree acknowledges the fact that couriers do often throw around packages despite fragile labels. Therefore we do offer replacements to be sent and give you a discount on your next purchase. However if you are unhappy with this fact and result you can ask for your money back. We do everything we can when packing orders to ensure the items are protected against damage but sometimes it is unavoidable, especially in peak periods. If your order does arrive damaged, please get in contact with me as soon as possible so we can come to a solution that suits both parties. 

Refunds are not given if orders are delayed due to covid. It’s out of my control when my supplies take longer than expected. I do try my best to have a quick turn around but it doesn’t always work that way.
