Shipping & Returns
I'm located in South Auckland, New Zealand. I ship nationwide around New Zealand. I charge a flat rate of $6.50 for Standard Tracked shipping and Tracked Rural shipping for $9 across NZ. I now also ship to all Australian states for a flat rate of $28. This is a tracked service.
When I do launches I will try my best to pack all orders when they are received and ship them the next day however I do work two jobs so please forgive me if there is a slight delay. If your purchase is a gift and you need it by a particular date, get in touch with me through either email or DM me with your order number on Instagram and I will prioritise it and get it to you as soon as I can. I use NZ Post to ship and will provide you with a tracking number so you know when to expect your delivery.
For Australian customers, I will only be shipping out orders on Mondays & Tuesdays to reduce weekend time for your order to sit in hot warehouses before delivery. I will be doing all I can to reduce risks of your candle/s melting. However if your order does come melted, please get in touch with me via the contact us form on my website.
Also if you are someone I see on a regular basis or know, you can select Pick Up when checking out to avoid a delivery fee, please get in touch with me so we can work out when you're able to pick up your order.
I will take every step I can to prevent any products breaking, but we all know couriers are not gentle so that being said if your items do come broken, please get in touch with me, send me pictures & I will send you replacements ASAP! See my Returns & Exchanges page for more information.
The boxes I use to pack orders are made with recycled materials and is recyclable & the postage bags are R3 packs and also are recyclable. If your order comes with packaging such as bubble wrap, it is because I received it from another order online and want to reuse items instead of throwing them away, and I encourage you to do the same!
